I Bischeri offers a traditional Tuscan menu as well as Chef Andrea's personal favorites. Chef Andrea has partnered with Italy's most famous chefs and restauranteurs Luciano Maddii I’Frasca and Paolo Tizzanini, as well as New York's top Wine Purveyor - Gabrio Tosti di Valminuta - in order to deliver at I Bischeri a first of its kind experience to guests and vistors to Hotel Nash.
